Responding swiftly, the Redwood City Fire Department dispatched a team to the scene.<\/p>\n<div id=\"daily-617215e351848e14d75b7320ac13d100\" class=\"daily-617215e351848e14d75b7320ac13d100 daily-after-para\"><\/div>\n<p>Fire Captain Chris Clow spearheaded the operation, using a drone to locate the troubled animal. Once found, it was confirmed to be a dog in need of assistance. Clow guided the rescue team on the ground to the dog\u2019s location.<\/p>\n<p>The frightened dog initially evaded rescuers, swimming away when they drew near.
