But for a gentle dog named Mafalda<\/strong>, that promise quietly expired the moment she became inconvenient.<\/p>\n

Mafalda wasn\u2019t born on the streets. She once had a home. A bed. A bowl that was filled every evening without question. She was loved\u2014until illness entered the picture.<\/p>\n

When Mafalda fell sick, instead of care, she was met with silence.<\/p>\n
